What slow dance improves balance? TAI CHI does!

November is National Stress Awareness Day, World COPD Day, National Osteoporosis and National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month

As we enter the busy, festive season, how do we move slowly and breathe deeply in a fast world around us? Indeed, slowing down is hard to do. As we age, Tai Chi-Qigong is very nourishing to our bodies. An easy and gentle one-hour Tai Chi – Qigong class for mature adults is a great way to slow down and breathe deeply.

In November each year, we celebrate National Stress Awareness Day, World COPD Day, National Osteoporosis and National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Month. Plus add Thanksgiving and the holiday preparation. Tai Chi and Qigong is a practice that addresses healing for all of these health challenges and more.  Imagine enjoying a “solo” slow dance! That is what we do in our easy and gentle tai chi classes for all ages and abilities.
