Chair Tai Chi – therapeutic, safe and relaxing!

Chair Tai Chi is very therapeutic for those with chronic diseases or those affected by neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s (PD), Essential Tremor, stroke recovery, diabetes, neuropathy, or any other balance issue. The hour-long class includes upright postures, restorative breathing, and moderate full-range movement.
