Saying “Thanks” to our Veterans and their families with Tai Chi!

Please join Tai Chi by Kim Kubsch of Safe Movements and the IronOaks Fitness Center for a show of thanks and gratitude for our Veterans and their families for their service to our country.  This complimentary Tai Chi class will be held on Monday November 12, 2012 at the Oakwood Country Club. WHEN: Registration is from 10:00-10:25am  and the class from 10:30-11:30am. All wheelchairs, walkers, canes and smiles are welcome! Wear rubbed-soled shoes, comfortable clothing & bring water.
