Easy, gentle Tai Chi-QiGong classes by Kim Kubsch are now being offered by Arizona Priority Care’s Senior Advantage Club in Gilbert and Casa Grande, Arizona. All ages and abilities are welcome anytime no equipment is necessary. Chairs are provided for those that wish to sit for the class, rather than stand. Class preparation is easy – just wear rubber-soled shoes with a back & bring water.

Kim Kubsch is a Tai Chi Practitioner certified by the American Tai Chi-Qigong Association. She is also Silver Sneakers®
FLEX Instructor, is certified to teach PWR! Moves for Parkinsons. Kim uses Tai Chi to teach how to enhance overall
health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and reduce stress, while building bone strength. As a
Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and certified Holistic Nutrition Educator, her goal is “active aging for all.”
