July 26th is National Dance Day

Enjoying music during exercise is highly rated according to a recent study by Cardiologist, Dr. Joel Kahn. He found that exercising while listening to joyful music that increased feelings of happiness and relaxation for 30 minutes was superior to exercise alone in improving markers of artery health. Just listening to music improved artery function, but not as much as when combined with exercise. To expand your exercise AND relaxing music options, join one of my relaxing Tai Chi-QiGong classes. Enjoy my new lineup of tunes and improve your artery health too! Tai Chi is a dance between control and surrender, between pushing and letting go. When to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of the open-ended explorations of your being.
