October is National Physical Therapy Month (NPTM): Join me in sharing a heartfelt thanks to your Physical Therapist this month as they enhance and restore movement and physical abilities. As an Instructor of safe movements, I appreciate their recommendation of our easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong as an ongoing exercise option for their clients.
