October is National Physical Therapy Month (NPTM):

Join me in sharing a heartfelt thanks to your Physical Therapist this month as they enhance and restore movement and physical abilities. As an Instructor of safe movements, I appreciate their recommendation of our easy and gentle Tai Chi-QiGong as an ongoing exercise option for their clients. Personally, I find doing my daily stretching exercises helps reduce pain and strengthening exercises improve function. Dustin at Kinect Physical Therapy  in Sun Lakes Arizona has educated me about the wonders of my body, plus the benefits of dry needling. Physical Therapy clinics in the Sun Lakes/south Chandler area include: Kinect, Pinnacle, 360, Foothills, Physiotherapy Associates, Spooner and Active RX.
