“Your Body at its Best” is the theme for 2017 – not only the nutrients that our bodies crave, but also the physical movement it needs. Balancing your physical movement including cardio, weight resistance, swimming, pickle ball and walking activities, but also the balancing of your energy levels. In Tai Chi-QiGong, we aim to re-balance and re-center our energy.  This slow, rhythmic, moving meditation is nurturing for many diseases, plus it is instrumental in warding off disease. To keep your body at its best in 2017, know that my easy and gentle drop-in Tai Chi-Qigong classes for mature adults (class schedule by location is below) may be just the “right medicine” for you!
