May 29 is National Senior Health & Fitness Day:

Gentle Stretching is very powerful for providing seniors health in balance. Tai Chi is ideal for seniors. The practice features a series of gentle movements and stretches to improve balance and coordination, which can help prevent breaks, fractures and falls. Tai Chi can be done as your workout of the day or as a soft, relaxing complement to any daily workout. Once you relax with the practice, you will enjoy the ability to sync the physical and mental together – the mind/body connection, or “yin yang.” Try one of my one-hour classes – you too can burn 250-500 calories! Kim’s Favorite Finds:

Prasada Organic Coconut MCT Oil at Costco: this 32 oz non-GMO medium- chain triglyceride is an effective additive in various dishes & smoothies for increased energy. Look for it by the coconut oils/olive oils.

Norwex Dust Mitt: When used dry it creates static electricity that lifts the smallest particles of dust and dirt up into the cloth and prevents them from resettling back onto surfaces. Norwex Microfiber has the ability to remove up to 99% of bacteria from a surface with only water when following the proper care and use instructions.  Click to order,  I am an independent Norwex Consultant.

“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” – Martin Luther King
