Cottonwood classes are now available to eligible Silver Sneakers members!  Kim Kubsch teaches Tai Chi for new Silvers Sneakers FLEX Program! An ideal class for beginners is each Friday from 11:30am-12:30pm For those who already practice Tai Chi, the Friday 10-11am class an ideal fit.
