Kim Kubsch is a Certified Tai Chi-Qigong Practitioner and Fall Prevention Specialist who teaches easy and gentle Tai Chi to enhance overall health, increase flexibility, improve balance and coordination, and reduce stress while building bone strength.

Filmed at the intermediate class in Casa Grande, Forever Young Tai Chi showcases 20 Tai Chi enthusiasts in this 52 minute DVD. It is not a form, but rather a “fusion,”comprised of four sections: Posture & Breathing, Qigong, Balance Exercises and Tai Chi Flow. Practice at your convenience using your television/DVD player or computer.

Safe Movements by Kim Kubsch and 12 participants ages 60-99, demonstrate this Daily Balance Program for better mobility and stability in and around the house. This DVD features balance training & rehabilitation exercises that mimic activities of daily living, whether sitting, standing, on a bike, golf cart or using a walker or a wheelchair. The seniors have had hip, shoulder and knee surgeries, arthritis, carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, sciatica, hearing challenges and a prosthesis at age 91.
Chi Dance
Chi Dance is a practice for senior health & longevity to improve balance, plus agility of the mind and body. With slow, continually flowing movements, it is like a slow dance by yourself! Kim is joined by 18 participants ages 62-100. Make it feel safe and comfortable: sit, stand or do a bit of both.
